Golden Palace Blog : My experience with online casinos

Hi all.. When I visited Golden Palace website i had already heard about them and thought it'd would be better to find a smaller online casino. I usually don't like big brand names.. but after I had some bad experiences with other casinos ( tropez and Riviera ) I now realize it was a stupid move and how lucky I am now playing Golden Palace.. Be sure that other casino software have been uninstalled quickly!

With CasinoTropez it tooks 10 days before I get my check they make me send them 4 fax. After each fax they where replying that there was something wrong causing additional delays between faxes. Once I deposited the check at my bank, the money became available only after 4 weeks because of all verifications without mentionning the fees :(

With Golden Riviera they were asking me indentity copies and my credit card. The next day another person told me that I can't withdraw and that the money went back in my account. So I played with it and lost all very fast! The most frustrating thing is that nobody contacted me to at least explin me WHY I wasnt able to withdraw and to suggest me a way to do it. CRAZY !

Oh that sucks dude... I'm not surprised of what happened with CasinoTropez they are a bunch of rippofs!
